You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings.
How deletion works
- Manual deletion: When you delete your account from your dashboard, all personal data, claim data, evidence files, AI chat history, and generated documents are permanently removed within 24 hours.
- Automatic purge: Accounts with no login activity for 15 months are automatically deleted following the same process.
- Payment records: Transaction amounts, dates, and Stripe IDs are retained for 7 years in anonymised form (with no link to your personal information) as required by UK tax law.
